At First to Serve, our mission is simple: we show up first, because people come first.
Rooted in Ensemble’s purpose to empower better health, we are a team of healthcare professionals who believe that community service shouldn't be optional. It should be who we are.
We created this initiative to step beyond hospital walls and meet real needs in real time. Whether we’re volunteering at the VA, walking dogs at the Humane Society, cleaning up local spaces, or planning outreach events, our goal is to uplift the communities we live and work in through direct, meaningful action.
We lead with compassion, serve with humility, and put people first. Always.
